Sprouting growth in a jar<\/h1>\n

For this exercise, you can use our 1L glass jar sprouter<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Soak 2 tbsp of seeds in a little water for 8 to 12 hours<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Rinse and drain morning and evening until the 5th day<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>
<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/span><\/div><\/div>

Place in water, stir to separate and remove scales.<\/h3>\n

Put back in the jar and expose to light for a few hours.<\/h3>\n

Here it is, ready to eat!<\/h3>\n

To preserve, put in the refrigerator under a paper towel.<\/h3>\n

Can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
